Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire an Reporting Experienced Analyst who is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to employee performance, Sales, Revenue generation and commission structures. This role requires advanced data analysis skills to generate accurate and actionable insights for optimizing Telesales KPIs & to the operation Performance overall.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze performance data for Telesales Team ensuring all relevant metrics are tracked, including call volume, KPIs, and staffing efficiency. Identify any gaps in data collection and promptly inform supervisors to ensure seamless monitoring.

  • Follow up and monitor the figure print report, and shift attendance ensuring efficiency, consistency, and standardization across operations

  • Monitor Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and yearly performance metrics related to Telesales operations, including Telesales calls, Reachability and interventions. Prepare detailed analytical reports for management, highlighting operational volumes, agent performance, and productivity trends.

  • Assist in overseeing the performance management process for agents, contributing input for annual rewards schemes and training programs to enhance skill development.

  • Regularly provide reports and dashboards that give insights into agent productivity, performance metrics, and overall efficiency. These reports will guide management in making informed decisions to improve operations and enhance team performance.

  • improving data collection methods, tracking employee commissions, and supporting the continuous enhancement of reporting tools and processes to align with business goals.

  • Responsible for all commission tasks involved with different aspects.

  •  monthly commission payment summary report of commission types for the Telesales Team and couriers

  • Audit and prepared the monthly Cross charge payments for NG Team

  • Track and monitor the calculation and payment process of commissions by type and proactively resolve issues by liaising with related departments.

  • Track changes in commission schemas and maintain official documentation.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
