Now in its 12^th year, Generation Z is Zain’s one-year program for ambitious graduates ready to take on real responsibility from day one. The career-accelerating program is designed for ambitious graduates who demonstrate strong potential, a passion for technology and transformation, and the readiness to take on real challenges. Participants will rotate across business units, shape real projects, and work alongside senior leaders as Zain transforms from a Telco to a TechCo.

• Real Business Impact: Take ownership of live projects that address business priorities and create measurable organizational value.

• Business Rotations: Gain practical experience across business units and Zain operations, with opportunities for regional and international travel to broaden your understanding of different markets, cultures, and ways of working.

• Human-Centered AI: Apply AI and intelligent automation to real business challenges, support adoption across teams, and develop the judgment to determine where people and technology create the greatest value.

• Commercial Acumen: Understand how Zain creates value across eight markets and a growing digital portfolio while strengthening your commercial awareness and digital literacy.

• Executive Exposure and Mentorship: Learn directly from Zain’s senior leaders, contribute to high-visibility projects, and build a strong network of mentors across the organization.

• Inclusive Innovation: Apply accessibility and universal design principles to develop solutions that serve Zain’s customers and employees of all abilities and backgrounds.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent.

• Recent graduates from STEM and other academic disciplines who demonstrate a genuine passion for AI, automation, data, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

Knowledge:

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.

• A proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, inclusion, accessibility, universal design, and diverse perspectives.

• A commitment to personal wellbeing and sustainable performance, with the resilience and adaptability to navigate challenging and changing environments.

• Willingness to represent Zain professionally on social media platforms.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and across Zain’s markets as required by the program.
