About the Role

Accountable for the FinTech General Manager to lead and manage all human resources and administrative functions within the Bede organization. The role ensures compliance with employment and financial regulations, supports rapid scaling, builds a high-performance culture, and aligns HR and Admin strategies with business growth objectives in a regulated technology-driven environment.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement Human Resources & Administration strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals and with Bede governance standards.

  • Directly, communicate and implement all Human Resources & Administration processes that support the achievement of organization goals, objectives and targets.

  • Manage overall departmental budget this to include but not limited to Training and Development, Recruitment, Facilities, Transport, Admin Services, etc.).

  • Lead the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract high-caliber talent.

  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition activities to support business growth.

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with organizational goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent across all business functions.

  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective management of onboarding, performance management, career progression, and offboarding processes.

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks to attract and retain high-performing talents.

  • Oversee payroll administration, incentive and bonus schemes, and employee rewards programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Human Resources  Information Systems (HRIS) to improve the  processes, data management, and operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to the development of a positive employee relations climate, build an innovative, agile, and compliance-driven culture throughout the organization to ensure delivery of all business objectives.

  • Promote continuous learning culture in a fast-evolving tech environment, develop training programs in collaboration with Bede.

  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance performance management frameworks, policies, and processes that drive accountability, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead the implementation of a continuous performance and feedback culture, including goal setting, performance planning, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth priorities, and innovation goals.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal   organization policies related to employment contracts, probation, leaves, social insurance, working hours, grievances, disciplinary procedures, termination, etc.

  • Adress employees’ queries related to policies, benefits and employment terms.

  • Oversee all the facility operations in compliance with organization standards and government regulations.

  • Act as coordination point with regulators and government bodies and manage official correspondence with authorities.

  • Manage vendors and third-party service providers by overseeing contracts, monitoring service delivery and SLA compliance, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient support across organization services functions.

  • Manage the public relations (PR) and protocol activities, this includes but not limited to visa and travel arrangements, hotel booking, etc.

  • Manage the organization transportation & fleet and ensure compliance with road transport authority regulations.

  • Liaise closely with management team colleagues within Human Resources and Administration and cross-departmentally to ensure consistency, fairness and integration in implementation of key Human Resources and Administration processes.

  • Undertake professional networking, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders i.e.  government bodies, third party suppliers, etc.

  • Lead, manage, develop, coach, guide and share own knowledge and experience to build capability of the Human Resources and Administration team by setting clear KPIs, overseeing performance and compliance, ensuring efficient delivery of Human Resources and Administration operations while driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, and alignment with regulatory requirements in a regulated Bede environment.

  • Manage Human Resources and Administration reporting activities, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely reports, analysis of workforce and operational data, and actionable insights that support business performance and informed decision-making.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development and capability-building initiatives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, ensuring high performance, technical competencies, and adherence to operational standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements in information security.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

Qualifications/Experience: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Professional HR/Business Administration and Management qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, Corporate Governance, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Administration Management, etc.  is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience HR and Admin leadership role preferably in telecom, regulated financial services, Bede, banking, or technology-driven organization.

  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

  • Proven track record of leading HR & Admin teams, managing cross-functional departments including HR Operations, Talent Management, Payroll, Facilities, Transportation and PR.

  • Hands-on experience in managing vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), third-party relationships, and cost control across corporate services.

  • Strong track record in driving process improvement, digital HR transformation, and operational efficiency across Human Resources and Administration.
