Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire Account Senior Executive - Najaf, this roles at this level are responsible for continuously supporting and guiding Door-to-Door (D2D) sales teams on key operational and performance matters, including rejected contracts, SIM irregularities, voucher inaccuracies, activated SIMs, and documentation discrepancies. The position also ensures the development of strong working relationships with D2D teams by delivering exceptional support and addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Door-to-Door Sales strategy and participate in the achievement of sales objectives and operational targets.

  • Implement Door-to-Door Sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and the delivery of high-quality services.

  • Conduct regular field visits with D2D teams to gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities and to share information about newly launched Zain IQ offers and providing the necessary training and support for the success of the team's work.

  • Monitor and report customer feedback collected during field activities and ensure proper logging and follow-up on any complaints or service issues.

  • Perform regular field audits to verify that Zain IQ products are presented in line with merchandising guidelines and identify any performance gaps for correction through coaching and training sessions with D2D team members.

  • Ensure strong engagement of D2D team members with Zain IQ products and services and maintain their full awareness of consumer benefits and plan details.

  • Facilitate coordination between D2D teams, the Documentation & Information Department, and the Legal Department to resolve ownership issues for unregistered lines.

  • Track daily SIM activation performance for each D2D team and provide regular updates regarding their activation status.

  • Prepare and share daily reports on rejected contracts per D2D team and communicate the reasons for rejection.

  • Inform D2D teams daily about documentation discrepancies to ensure timely adjustments and resolution of issues.

  • Alert D2D teams to SIM card irregularities and voucher-related errors to avoid delays or rejections.

  • Respond promptly to D2D team inquiries and escalate their concerns to management when necessary.

  • Regularly inform D2D teams of their status regarding the total number of active SIMs and rejected contracts to maintain visibility and accountability.

  • Maintaining the Headcount of promoters in the team while continuously compensating for shortages and following up on their hiring and resignation procedures with the relevant departments.

Education, Experience, and Competencies
