About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Engineering Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support the team in RF and site planning activities.

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing network data.

  • Support in some excel projects.

  • Assist in 5G and network expansion projects.

  • Prepare basic reports and follow up on assigned tasks.

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Technical skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunication/RF concepts

  • Basic knowledge of 4G/5G networks

  • Basic MS Excel and data analysis

  • Understanding of network KPIs

  • Basic knowledge of RF planning tools

Soft skills:

  • Good communication and teamwork

  • Willingness to learn

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Time management
