The job holder is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the ZY program across its pillars: ZY Counsel, ZY Mavericks, ZY Learn and the operations’ Generation Z Program rollout. The role drives OpCo-level challenge progression, mentor and learning structures, AI upskilling paths, and platform adoption across the Group. The role also contributes versatile support across the broader IDE program portfolio, as capacity and strategic priorities require.

ZY Counsel:

• Project manage the ZY Counsel projects across the operating countries (OpCos), ensuring timelines are maintained.

• Proactively support in challenges or barriers to implement the solutions to the assigned challenges.

• Work with OpCo HRs to ensure all counsel members have customized learning and development plans in place.

• Collaborate with the departments of interest based on the ZY Counsel’s project scope.

• Track and maintain OpCo challenge progression with measurable impact on a quarterly basis.

• Secure new challenges from OpCo CEOs once initial challenges are completed.

• Work with HR to identify top performing youth eligible for the ZY Counsel to enrol into the ZY Counsel.

• Maintain an internal youth consultancy pool for cross-functional OpCo engagement.

• Facilitate bi-weekly check in meetings with each OpCo Counsel with weekly reports submitted to Group IDE Director.

• Oversee the progression and impact measurement of OpCo-specific challenges.

ZY Mavericks:

• Maintain the continued upskilling of existing Mavericks in their selected subjects with OpCo HRs.

• Refresh the ZY Mavericks upskilling topics in relation to the Future of Work and the 4WARD Strategy to enable mobility and cross-operational exposure for the ZY Mavericks.

• Onboard all Mavericks into the ZY Learn Platform and the Zain Mobility platform.

ZY Learn:

• Work with ZY Champions to drive consistent platform adoption across all OpCos.

• Support data tracking and impact measurement of learning usage.

• Coordinate skill building campaigns in relation to Future of Work, HR priorities, & 4WARD.

• Launch large-scale ZY Learn activation campaign to target 100% of youth at Zain & subsidiaries.

Generation Z – Groupwide:

• Manage & oversee the expansion of the Generation Z Program on a groupwide scale, whilst aligning existing Generation Z programs to Zain Group.

   

Cross-Program IDE Contribution:

• Provide flexible support to other IDE programs, awareness days, and specific initiatives as directed by the IDE Director.

• Fully manage the ZY x Wellbeing umbrella covering a holistic employee-wellbeing portfolio.

• Represent IDE in cross-functional working groups and partnership discussions relevant to program delivery.

• Integrate program metrics into IDE-wide reporting and the annual strategic business plan.

• Coordinate with stakeholders on program storytelling, placing Zain as the leading enterprise for youth.

• Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related fields of Liberal Arts or Communications or relevant field of study.

A post-grad qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage yet not necessary.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge: Knowledge in managing programs with multiple stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of program KPIs, data tracking, and reporting tools.
