About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Compliance Universe and Risk Register through regular follow-up with relevant stakeholders and support the gathering and organizing of compliance-related data.

• Produce the monthly required reports and dashboards to monitor the status of open items and help maintain compliance trackers and digital tools as needed.

• Conduct basic research on regulatory topics and internal policies to support compliance initiatives.

• Perform basic compliance-related tasks with supervision and gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders across different business units.

• Organized, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong Analytical Skills.

   

Technical Skills:

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), knowledge of automation tools.

• Basic research skills.

• Ability to organize and consolidate data into clear reports.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the compliance function.
