About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology & Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyze business and sales requirements and contribute to transforming them into system features and enhancements across platforms such as K2-based BPM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CAD (Oracle procedures), and internal applications (e.g., BSA), using currently adopted technologies — subject to change based on future business or technical decisions.

• Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of features within business support systems using technologies such as .NET, SQL, and React (for modernized UIs), while ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

• Support business workflow automation and digital process initiatives by contributing to the configuration, development, or troubleshooting of the K2 BPM system or any other future workflow platform as adopted.

• Assist in maintaining and debugging backend processes and job schedulers (e.g., Hangfire) to support operational needs and ensure background tasks are running reliably.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to relational databases (such as SQL Server or Oracle), including stored procedures, queries, and data logic — while remaining open to working with any future database technologies selected by the organization.

• Collaborate with vendors to report issues, follow up on problem resolution, and ensure alignment between internal business requirements and vendor-delivered solutions — especially for systems like CAD or outsourced applications.

• Provide internal users with system support and training to ensure proper usage of deployed applications and address their inquiries or functional issues effectively.

What We Need From You

A Bachelor's degree in: Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and any major related to IT.
