About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to be responsible of establishing the geomarketing function, leveraging location-based analytics to support decision making across commercial and technical teams. The role focuses on identifying high-potential areas across GSM and home internet services.

Main Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Analyze customer, revenue and network data to generate location based insights.

• Identify high potential, low penetration and churn risk areas across GSM, MBB and Fiber markets.

• Develop and implement geo based strategies to support acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

• Support outdoor team with prioritized areas with potentially higher conversion rates.

• Assess and optimize sales networks in direct and indirect channels.

• Monitor competitors’ presence and performance across different regions.

• Develop and maintain geomarketing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.

• Measure and report the impact of geo targeted initiatives on revenues and base.

• Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, sales and technical teams to ensure alignment of geo driven initiatives.

• Drive continuous enhancement of data, tools, and methodologies to strengthen location based decision making.

• Ensure integration of geomarketing insights into AI models and CVM campaigns.

• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct Manager.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related field

• Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience.
