About the Role

The Enterprise Products and Services Analyst/Professional is responsible for supporting the Department Manager in driving product innovation for product and service offerings within the B2B Enterprise unit.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify target segments and support the Enterprise Products and Services Team Leader in all matters related to product positioning, pricing, packaging and support the development of the B2B enterprise strategy in line with the organization’s long-term vision

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including internal and external departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales etc.) to help ensure successful and timely product launches

• Conduct post launch analysis to verify the profitability of launched product and services, identify threats and opportunities, and provide recommendations accordingly

• Benchmark international markets with regards to B2B products, services and customer requirements, derive learnings for Zain and report to management to support the generation of initiative ideas

• Analyze industry mega trends to take advantage of opportunities and to bridge the gaps and monitor competitors’ actions and prepare/suggest a set of reactive plans for retaliation

• Support the development and documentation of product architectural designs, concept papers, and lend support to product production throughout the pipeline (marcom, technical, sales agent trainings, etc.)

• Support in the development of technical feasibility assessments and write high level technical requirements in coordination with technical, sales and legal teams

• Record and report revenue streams generated by the Enterprise B2B base in comparison with monthly budgets through regular performance reports based on established KPIs

• Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately

• Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait

• Zain abides by fulfilling the occupational health and safety certificate requirements that establishes and maintains an OH&S management system that eliminate hazards and minimizes OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities and addresses OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities

Education Level/Major:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, marketing or a related field

Years of Experience: 2-4 years
