About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Enterprise Business Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze inputs from Marketing and Business Development to define technical requirements for new products and services, supporting product development and launch across enterprise and digital domains.

2. Identify business needs and opportunities that can be addressed through new products and services, contributing to product feasibility and strategic decision-making.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, and operations) to translate concepts into technical specifications and align product requirements.

4. Suggest and contribute ideas for new products, services, and initiatives aimed at improving customer retention, reducing churn, and increasing acquisition.

5. Monitor product performance and lifecycle KPIs, and support continuous improvement through reporting, testing, and performance tracking.

6. Support testing, pre-launch validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure product functionality and readiness

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
