Branding & Communication Team Leader

The Communications and Brand Team Leader is responsible for Developing and implementing Zain SS communication and branding strategy which should reflect the success of the organization’s marketing efforts through internal and external communications, and branding exercises across South Sudan geographic locations using different techniques including ATL, BTL and digital media

Roles & Responsiblities
  • Managing the Branding & Communication team and coordinate the effort across the Brand Strategy and the integrated plan of agreed Road map, Campaigns Events, development of best in class “fit for purpose” customer communication and marketing support materials, reflection of the agreed brand values across the product/service range and product positioning strategies and plans to maximize profitability.

  • Being on the top of all Branding & advertising Projects that provide Brand Awareness, Brand exposure and keep Zain Image.

  • Manage the creative, mentoring, and merchandising agencies and work closely with the concerned departments to assure the workflow level are up to the satisfactory level.

  • Manage and coordinate the Advertising team effort across the Trade marketing & Media mix to deliver an integrated Advertising plan of agreed Road map.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Branding & Advertising campaigns, assure the Budget spending level that give the maximum utilization of the resource and sustain good impact.

  • Participate in selecting the vendors, explain the project ideas to vendors, and supervise the vendors performance. And should up great and update all SLAs frequently try to achieve the maximum benefit of using the branding and the advertising as much as possible for cost reduction and optimization.

  • Responsible for all the communication cross all media ATL, BTL, online media, social media and digital & in-house media make sure all the communication are aligned and each match the suitability of the mediator.

  • Provide coaching and training for staff to build overall capability and performance of the Marketing and Media Production team.
