About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Executing activities according to weekly day care center plans that aim to help improve children’s growth, supporting the development of their practical, physical, intellectual and social skills, as well as providing them with care and emotional support. In addition to ensuring that children are in safe and healthy environment during their stay in the nursery.

 Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development. And developing early literacy and numeracy skills through storytelling, songs, conversations, and structured activities.

  • Support children’s language development by using clear, correct, and age-appropriate vocabulary.

  • Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking through play-based learning. And observe children’s progress and adapt activities to meet their developmental needs.

  • Use the assigned teaching language (Arabic or English) consistently during classroom activities and interactions. And model correct language use at all times, by integrating language learning into daily routines, play, and activities.

  • Support children in acquiring vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic communication skills in the teaching language.

  • Maintain professional and transparent communication with parents regarding children’s daily development and wellbeing, while strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols and escalating sensitive matters to management as required.

  • Maintain adherence to all daycare policies, procedures, and supervisory directives while upholding a high standard of punctuality and professional reliability.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Education or any related field

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
