About the Role

Department/Section: B2B    

Job Title:       Regional Coordinator           (Red Sea State, Northern Region, Kordofan Region)

Reports to:     Indirect Sales Regional TL 

Job Purpose:

  • Develop and manage B2B indirect channel partners & Partners accounts, achieve the monthly target, working in close collaboration with each partner to achieve the assigned target on ground Sudan region.

    -          This Job required existence in Sudan physically.

 

Key Tasks/Accountabilities

 

  • Recruit new partners and KAMs for partners through connections, relationships & create new channels to add.

  • Achieve the assigned target per partner & per region, come up with new sales initiatives.

  • Drive attainment of Partners’ KPIs: gross adds, revenue, product penetration, churn .

  • Build and manage the Partner Plan, agreed and regularly reviewed with the Partner to drive key sales, marketing, lead generation, conversion and growth objectives, by Support the Partners sales effort and build a strong pipeline of new business with the partner.

  • Train and coach partners sales team, through meetings and joint visits , online meetings , whatApp group ..etc quarterly or when its needed.

  • Know how to put commission and commission calculations .

  • Ensure timely and quality activations and billing & Implement B2B sales methodologies, procedures, and initiatives.

  • Working with partners to develop lead generation strategies that drive sales opportunities within their networks.

  • Follow up the partner contracts issues internally with stakeholders and external with the partner.

  • Work to document the partner activations documents and the sales figures weekly.

  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics for partners to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Responsible for reporting all sales & cash activities to his/ her management on weekly basis.

  • Ensuring the delivery of a high level of customer experience through the proper follow-up of all related efficient & effective processes.

  • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies

  • Conduct on ground campaign in regions.

  • Facilitate resolution of customer issues.

 

What We Need From You

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Qualifications/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in related field

  • Solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry.

  • Should own a personal car

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Arabic & English language.

  • Customer oriented and has excellent Interpersonal skills.

  • Commission knowledge.

  • Excellent Partnership management.
