Job Title: User Experience Research Specialist
Reports to: User Experience Research Team Leader
Job Purpose: The User Experience Researcher is responsible for owning the end-to-end research process, encompassing both foundational (generative) and evaluative research methodologies. This role is critical to uncovering meaningful insights through customer research, usability studies and by leveraging AI-driven tools and advanced data analytics. The goal is to support and directly influence products and services’ UX Design by translating user needs, behaviors and data into clear, actionable design recommendations and applying innovative thinking that deliver competitive and delightful Customer Experience (CX). | |

What We Need From You
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications/ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), statistics, computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with hands-on experience designing, leading, and implementing a wide range of studies.
- Ability to synthesize multiple complex inputs to arrive at clear, prioritized recommendations that deliver measurable, customer-centered outcomes.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and strong presentation skills to effectively influence different stakeholders.
Knowledge:
- Hands-on proficiency in dedicated UXR platforms for analysis, synthesis, and collaboration, such as FigJam, Lookback, or Dovetail.
- Expert knowledge of creating and utilizing Personas, Customer Journey Maps, and Touch Point Analysis.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of how to integrate research findings with outputs from BI, SQM, advanced data analytics, and AI/ML tools to drive holistic insights.
- Practical knowledge of modern data visualization and analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Proven understanding and exposure to Agile Methodology and practices; ability to embed and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Best practices for cultivating a customer-focused culture.
