About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to be part of the Data Analytics & AI Department to support the company’s data-driven decisions by designing, developing, automating, and maintaining accurate and user-friendly reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. This role involves extracting and preparing data from enterprise data warehouses using SQL and BI data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep), validating data accuracy, and transforming business requirements into meaningful KPIs and actionable insights.

 Moreover, the position facilitates the development of reporting data flows and semantic layers in partnership with Data Engineering to maintain reliable data sources.

Ultimately, the role serves as a bridge to business stakeholders' effective reporting solutions, promotes data literacy, and contributes to the organization’s overall Business Intelligence initiatives

Main Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Gather, document, and clarify reporting requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Design, implement, and maintain routine and complex reports and interactive dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).

• Extract, query, and analyze data efficiently from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (e.g., Oracle, Cloudera, Greenplum) using relevant querying languages.

• Support the optimization and maintenance of the semantic/reporting layer to ensure data accuracy and efficient query performance.

• Assist in basic data preparation activities and support the development and maintenance of data pipelines needed to populate reporting layers, in coordination with the Data Engineering team.

• Collaborate with senior BI specialists and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective reporting solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely with the Data Engineering and AI team to ensure data availability and quality required for BI reporting, while adhering to data governance and security policies.

• Document dashboard logic, KPIs definitions, data flows, and development procedures to support knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and functional testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of published reports and dashboards.

• Stay updated on BI tool enhancements, visualization standards, and analytics practices, applying updates and improvements where relevant.

• Contribute to data literacy efforts by assisting in training and supporting business users on created dashboards and BI tools.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the requirements below:

• Bachelor’s degree in business information technology, Information Technology/Engineering or a related field.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Power BI, Tableau, other BI tools certifications or equivalent professional certificate.
