About the Role
The Enterprise Performance Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the performance management team in driving B2B strategic objectives to drive commercial performance targets and analytics by regularly supporting in the review of performance, quality, and key KPI metrics.
Responsibilities:
Support in the identification of areas of potential commercial improvement by running advanced analytics on data sets and raising findings to the Enterprise Performance Management Senior Specialist in periodic catch ups
Support the enterprise performance management team in proving or disproving given hypotheses by running analytical deep dives
Record commercial channels KPIs
Carry out statistical analysis and support the generation of actionable insights
Support the design of performance policies & set performance objectives
Identify core issues and propose solutions to performance barriers
Maintain accurate and rich intelligence data sets
Develop, automate and circulate key sales scorecards and dashboards
Synthesize market landscape and trends by product line and feed back to relevant teams
Deliver regular reports to performance management Senior Specialist to drive strategic discussions and consensus alignment with management
Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately
Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait

What We Need From You
Skills:
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Familiarity with business theory and methodology, especially customer value proposition, product (lifecycle) management, pricing and communication / channel management
Understanding of SQL, Python and Tableau
Experience and proficiency in excel modeling / data wrangling / manipulation (including proficiency with pivot tables, debugging model malfunctions, ability to develop VBA modeling solutions
Experience working independently across a cross-functional team
Experience answering big picture questions by framing the business question into an analytical plan and communicate to stakeholders
Ability to adapt to new digital technologies and trends remaining at the forefront of innovation
Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and frame key issues
Ability to identify, assess and manage risks
Strong organization and project management skills
