About the Role

The Corporate Compliance Specialist will support the Compliance Department in enforcing standards, managing compliance programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position requires close collaboration with various departments and OpCo’s to mitigate risks and uphold the organization’s integrity and reputation.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Implement and maintain compliance programs and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  2. Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and assessments to identify and address potential compliance risks.

  3. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.

  4. Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs to promote compliance awareness.

  6. Provide guidance to departments on compliance matters, ensuring all stakeholders understand their obligations.

  7. Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance documentation and records.

  8. Support investigations and resolutions of compliance-related issues.

  9. Contribute to developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance monitoring and evaluation.

What We Need From You

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant certification such as ICA Certified Compliance, Certified Corporate Governance Officer, or another recognized compliance certification

  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, or a related field, with a focus on regulatory compliance and policy enforcement

  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate compliance frameworks, including ISO standards and COSO principles.

  • Familiarity with local and international regulatory environments and reporting obligations.

  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.

  • Arabic fluency (reading, writing & speaking)
