About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Engineering Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

  • Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Monitoring Telecom Network’s systems and infrastructure including Radio Access, Transmission, and Core Networks.

  • Monitoring the networks performance and quality KPIs of overall services.

  • Creating, assigning, and follow up the network elements failure’s tickets according to the defined SLAs and Zain Polices.

  • Assisting and Following up with related teams throughout technical problems until resolution, aiming to maximizing network’s availability and minimize its downtimes.

  • Clearing alarms and managing faults related to the Telecom Network’s elements, through faults detection and reporting procedures.

  • Handling field teams’ calls with NOC to manage daily activities and follow up on upcoming faults.

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering or a related field (Electrical/Telecom).
