About the Role

The Postpaid Offer Configuration supports the development and configuration of attractive and data-driven offers across Postpaid segments. Working closely with analytics, marketing, and technical teams, the analyst contributes to offer planning, documentation, and execution across B2C channels. This role is focused on ensuring timely, efficient, and insight-driven offer delivery that aligns with commercial goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for CVM offer configuration, banner setup, and digital ads, resolving issues or escalating as needed

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign and offer launches

  • Support in planning, configuring, and documenting new offers, including drafting high-level technical requirements

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement

  • Generate monthly CVM-related reports for the CVM, digital, and analytics director

  • Maintain effective coordination across teams when launching new CVM initiatives

  • Prioritize tasks based on commercial value, strategic alignment, and customer impact

  • Assist with customer base segmentation analysis to identify micro-segment targets

  • Research market trends (loyalty, retention, churn, etc.) to inform CVM strategies

  • Extract and analyze internal and external data to uncover trends, behavioral shifts, and performance evolution

  • Design and deploy predictive models to support business objectives, including churn prediction, upsell propensity, and offer personalization

  • Develop customer profiles and segmentation models to improve targeting accuracy across products, channels, and lifecycle stages

  • Build internal and external use cases such as market benchmarking, penetration analysis, and data monetization solutions

  • Translate business challenges (e.g., stagnant penetration rates, low conversion) into data-driven solutions

  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to define relevant segments and optimize campaign strategies

  • Contribute to the development of real-time decisioning tools that enhance personalization and improve customer engagement

  • Support in offer sizing, profitability analysis, and feasibility studies

  • Develop and maintain offer documentation and support materials

  • Liaise with marketing teams to incorporate customer behavior and market insights into campaign design

  • Monitor and report on operational and financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with set targets

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies as mandated by statutory bodies and Zain Group

  • Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.

  • Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.

What We Need From You

Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities

  • Good understanding of customer segmentation and journey mapping

  • Basic knowledge of offer lifecycle and campaign execution

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/VBA is a plus

  • Familiarity with telecom products and services

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player

  • Willingness to learn agile methodologies

Education Level/ Major:

Bachelor’s Degree required; MIS / BI / Data Analyst & Data Science or a related field
