About the Role
Department/Section: Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management
Job Title: Revenue Assurance Team Leader
Report to: Revenue Assurance and Fraud Manager
Job Purpose:
• To implement and report the revenue leakages controls, process and
procedures in the relevant data sources in order to achieve the department
overall objective and strategy.
• To establish effective interface between various departments of the
company to ensure proper integration of revenue assurance systems and
tools.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
1- RA Plans
Supervise the implementation of short and medium term plans for the
operation of the RA to meet the needs of business.
2- Revenue Assurance controls:
Implement and report the necessary policies and rules of the revenue
assurance in order to be implemented between the relevant data sources.
3- Revenue Assurance processes and procedures:
Implement and report the processes and procedures of revenue assurance
which will maintain the prevention and detection the revenue leakages.
4- RA systems :
Design in consultation with RA&FM manager and Supervise the
implementation of RA systems to ensure the required functions has been
deployed and working properly.
5- Reports & KPIs:
Prepare the RA and KPIs reports on regular basis to the manager and get
feedback to arrange for the relevant information to be reported
6- RA knowledge:
Maintain up to date knowledge of the developments in the RA to enhance
the knowledge base of the team and the use of the most effective
techniques available.
7- Team management:Assist the manager with the selection and performance evaluation of the
team and manage their training and development to maximize their
contribution.
8- Interface meeting:
Coordinate with respective departments (Carrier relations, Technical and
IT) in order to obtain and get the relevant data for the analysis and proper
implementation of the RA systems and tools.

What We Need From You
Qualifications/Experience:
Previous Experience Minimum 5 years in Revenue Assurance/Fraud Management.
Bachelors Degree Specialization IT or Telecom.
Others Knowledge of systems (Big Data, GSM, CBIO, IN, Unix/Linux, RA tool etc.)
Knowledge:
Direct experience in a Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management roles and data analytics .
Strong understanding of wireless telecommunications technology including switches, billing systems, activation systems, etc.
Strong knowledge of internal controls
