Role Purpose
Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Digital Experienced product Developer, to join our VAS & Digital department. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Services Operations Specialist to join our VAS & Digital department. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluation, implementation, and launch of digital services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, Finance, legal and IT departments, to ensure the successful launch, performance monitoring and continuous optimization of Digital services. Responsibilities
Assist in finalizing the contractual model for new digital products and services.
Support the end-to-end implementation of new digital products and services, including building, testing, and releasing them to the market.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of digital solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched products/services, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Generate, analyse, and present detailed reports, delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and guide continuous product improvements.
Responsible on the implementation of digital products/services that require market engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to refine product positioning and drive renewed customer interest.
Evaluate potential partners for identified digital services, assessing their capabilities, market fit, and potential to add value to our portfolio.
Conduct research and due diligence to support partnership decisions.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with the commercial and other teams, ensuring their needs and requirements are incorporated into the product development process.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage the circulation and signing-off process for all legally required documents, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), contracts, agreements, and annexes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Conduct thorough testing of new digital products, ensuring proper validation with finance teams.
Oversee partner reconciliation and settlement processes to maintain financial accuracy.
Provide comprehensive post-launch support by collaborating with customer care teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in related field
A good understanding of IT concepts and technical aspects of system integration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (capable of creating and managing large, detailed reports).
Tech-savvy with interest in digital products, online services, and new technologies.
Familiarity with online payment channels, digital apps, and gaming ecosystems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
