About the Role
The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal marcom stakeholders and the creative team, managing workflows, briefs, timelines, and communication to ensure the smooth delivery of creatives, campaigns and content creation from concept to execution.
What We Need From You
Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and the creative/design team.
Receive, review, and validate all incoming briefs to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
Translate briefs into actionable tasks and cascade them to the creative/design team with clear timelines and deliverables.
Prioritize and schedule briefs to balance workload and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Facilitate kick-off discussions with the creative team for complex or high-priority projects.
Manage timelines, approvals, and resource allocation to optimize content and campaign delivery.
Track project progress across multiple briefs, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and maintain an updated project pipeline/dashboard.
Ensure all creative outputs meet Zain’s brand guidelines, quality standards, and business goals before delivery.
Actively manage stakeholder expectations by clarifying scope, deliverables, and potential limitations upfront.
Consolidate and streamline stakeholder feedback to avoid conflicting inputs and unnecessary rework.
Build and maintain strong working relationships to foster trust and alignment across teams.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on project status, volume, turnaround times, and performance KPIs to management.
Anticipate risks (delays, scope creep, resourcing issues) and escalate or resolve them in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Design team to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the creative process.
Coordinate with external vendors when outsourcing specialized work is required.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in managing client/brand accounts (agency or in-house background)
Telecom experience is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong organizational, prioritized, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project/briefing management tools.
Familiarity with creative workflows, campaign processes, and digital marketing is a plus.
