About the Role

A Graphic Designer that will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate the Zain brand across multiple platforms. Collaborate closely with the Marcom, social, and commercial teams to translate and develop requirements and briefs into design. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity. Creation of assets across digital, social, OOH, and print, bringing the brand identity to life with consistency and quality.

What We Need From You
  • Create designs for social media, digital ads, OOH, events, internal materials, and campaigns.

  • Support with the creative direction and execution of high-quality design projects, ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity and strategic goals

• Conceptualize visually engaging graphics for phygital and digital assets based on requirements

  • Collaborate with the creative team on concepts ideation and execution.

  • Ensure artwork is optimized for different channels and formats.

  • Adapt creative assets across multiple social media platforms, with a strong understanding of each platform’s specifications, formats, and best practices (e.g., feed, story, reel, short-form video, banners, and ad placements

  • Maintain Zain brand consistency across all visual outputs.

  • Prepare final files for print and digital publishing.

  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.

  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.

  • Generating fresh and trendy social design concepts for various products and services.

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the brand's identity, values, and messaging consistently across all content and channels

  • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Keeping up to date with industry developments and latest trends.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional design experience.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Experienced in working with AI tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing previous work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
