Job Title: Quality and Process Specialist

Reports to: Commercial Support Team Leader

 

Job Purpose:

he Quality & Process Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving Commercial processes, templates, and reporting to ensure compliance with ISO standards and best practices. The role supports the Commercial Department in achieving operational excellence by analyzing processes, identifying gaps, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions. This position ensures alignment across internal and external stakeholders while driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities and Tasks:

• Design and manage commercial processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor and audit commercial activities to ensure effective process execution and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and manage reports for Commercial Group, ISO, and internal audits.

• Facilitate workshops and develop SOPs to capture and standardize best practices.

• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure process issues are resolved effectively.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across Commercial departments.

What We Need From You

Personal Specifications

Qualifications/Experience:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline

    • Relevant Professional qualification of process engineering/re-engineering is preferred. FOR REFERENCE HR Project Job Profile Version 1.0 Final Working Draft

    • Experience in Business Process Improvement in large complex organization minimum 2 years’

    • Program and Project Management Experience in Business Process Improvement

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
