About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Internet & WAN, Managed Security Services & Cloud, MPLS, and VOIP solutions. Providing technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, and consulting with the technical team about capabilities.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Attending meetings with potential customers to determine technical & business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.

  • Work with Enterprise Product Owners to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.

  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Presales experience including infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing solutions.

  • Ability to demonstrate products and technologies effectively to customers of varied technical knowledge

  • Good Security knowledge across areas such as: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, End Point Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Application Scanning, Content Filtering, Security Analytics, Identity & Access Management.  

  • Good understanding of cloud computing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience in sales field (ISP, WAN, MPLS, Cloud and smart solutions experience is preferred).
