About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

• Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Assist in writing and executing software testing scenarios and test cases for mobile, web, and backend systems.

2. Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing based on business requirements.

3. Document bugs, inconsistencies, and issues clearly and track them through resolution using tools like JIRA.

4. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure product quality and alignment with user expectations.

5. Contribute to QA reporting and dashboards and support testing automation efforts when applicable.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

4. Understanding of APIs and Postman or equivalent tools

5. Programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
