About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Engineering Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor daily network performance and prepare related reports in coordination with the team and relevant departments.

• Compile monthly reports on expected site consumption and follow up on system reports for FCS, solar, and other site systems.

• Prepare and submit required documents for electricity companies’ requests related to meter upgrades and capacity increases.

• Follow up on meters upgrade requests with electricity companies, ensure proper processing, and communicate with relevant departments.

• Verify and process electrical claims from private agencies and electricity companies and coordinate the approval and payment process.

The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Engineering.  or any related field.

Technical skills

• Basic knowledge of power distribution systems and site energy consumption.

• Ability to prepare technical and consumption reports.

• Familiarity with electricity meter upgrade processes and documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

• Basic understanding of renewable energy systems such as solar power.
