About the Role

To support in the management and administration of B2B operations, B2B solutions Service delivery and managed solutions including maintenance contract agreements, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of B2B contract agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and adhered to.

  • Provide support in the day-to-day operations related to maintenance contracts, including scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract execution and address any issues that arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, modifications, and communications to ensure compliance and accountability.

  • Generate reports on contract performance, operational metrics, and maintenance activities for management review.

  • Supervise daily operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery and managed solutions, ensuring that organizational standards and client expectations are consistently met

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to contract performance.

  • Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery, AMC, and ensuring compliance with terms and operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in B2B operations.

  • Execute risk assessments, implement value management strategies, and establish cost control measures to ensure optimal resource allocation across projects.

  • Conduct in-depth cost analysis for all B2B units, including after-sales support, to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced efficiency and performance improvement.

  • Assist in procurement operations and execute procurement processes to meet the B2B unit procurement needs including monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize holding costs, and prevent stockouts, while implementing efficient ordering processes and tracking systems.

  • Oversee the onboarding process of suppliers onto the organization’s platform

  • Track supplier performance against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

  • Developing solutions and customized proposals based on client needs.

  • Manage technical feasibility with respect to customer requirements, cost efficiency as well as corporate standards, procedures and guidelines.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

  • Participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Engage with clients through on-site visits to present tailored solutions, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.

  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of B2B ICT products and services, ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to policies and procedures that align with industry’s best practices and meet the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Supervise daily operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, ensuring that organizational standards and client expectations are consistently met

  • Ensure the quality of service and delivery across all ICT partnerships by implementing best practices and performance metrics.

  • Facilitate and coordinate projects related to partnership initiatives and ICT solution delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints and aligning outcomes with stakeholder expectations through effective communication and project management methodologies.

  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned or needed.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, computer Engineering, Computer Science Or any relevant field.

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in the field of Telecom products specifically in B2B with technical background.
