About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to designing and executing marketing campaigns aiming at increasing lifetime value of different markets, in coordination with product owners, BI, telesales and other related teams.
Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
Monitor campaign performance on ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving target
Perform ongoing CVM campaigns and real-time campaigns that align with Zain’s strategy by using traditional channels such as SMS, IVR, USSD along with more digitally enabled channels like app push notifications, dynamic landing pages and emails through campaigns management systems.
Lead campaign designs from ideation, planning, designing, execution, and post analysis perspectives on both digital and traditional channels
Analyzing and evaluating customer usage behavior patterns and insights regarding what drives more value and loyalty, with an objective to acquire, grow and retain more customers to be able to enrich the commercial roadmap on a monthly basis.
Support the pricing team with needed information related to build business cases for new or re-run CVM campaigns, which help track the incremental CVM revenues.
Conduct A/B testing campaigns to make data-backed decisions when building any new value proposition by validating the hypothesis and then use that knowledge to improve the next experiment
Guide best practices across all MNOs with a focus on customer and brand experience which are in line with the rules and guidance of Zain’s strategy
Work with the CVM Manager, to propose and prepare the consumer base revenue enhancement strategy, campaigns prioritization, campaigns marketing design and roadmaps for the different aspects under base revenue to ensure enhanced customer lifecycle management.
Leverage on existing predictive models and data science capabilities to improve campaign targeting, tackle micro segments, customer reach, social networks, propensity to buy and propensity to churn as well as increase revenues and reduce churn.
Oversee the roll-out of various customer growth activities based on micro behavioral, demographic and geographical segmentations, which are designed to increase lifetime value and improve the lifecycle management process for our customers.
Work with consumer marketing team to create and launch special campaigns through CVM Team
Utilize the available channels for the up-selling and cross-selling CVM activities through running multiple campaigns to increase customers’ reach by utilizing the right channels for the right targeted segments.
What We Need From You
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, computer information systems, Data science or any related field
Minimum : 5 years of relevant experience.
