Area Account Member job purpose

Responsible for driving sales revenue growth hand to hand with the distributor, building strong sales channels relationships, and promoting zain South Sudan products and services to the market.

Job Roles
  • Sales target achievement: Drive sales target achievement by managing the main distributors and sub dealers on ground and make sure all the plans, rolls and policy are implemented.

  • Sales channel Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales channels, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of zain South Sudan products and services, communicating benefits and value to customers and sales channels.

  •  Performance tracking: sales targets tracking and monitoring performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis, validating progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams of the distributors to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

  • Product availability and awareness among the market.

  • Monitor and escalate all the activities and actions by other operators on spot and make sure to share accurate details.

  • Sales target achievement: Achieve sales sim and voucher target targets, contributing to overall business growth.

  • Sales channel Acquisition: Identify and acquire new sales channels, expanding the company's sales database.

  • Sales channel Retention: Maintain high levels of sales channel satisfaction, reducing churn and increasing loyalty.

  • Daily market visits: account team member required to visit the market on daily basis to validate the distributor performance and cover all the issues that require his presence.

  • Regular Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates to the Team Leader/Sales Manager, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
