About the Role

The Digital Analytics Trainee supports data tracking, analysis, and report preparation. They assist in maintaining tools, monitoring digital metrics, and learning analytics processes to help improve digital performance.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

Data Handling and Support:

•  Assist in setting up and maintain digital analytics platforms.  

• Support the collection and entry of digital data, checking for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.  

• Help connect different tools and data sources to support digital reporting.

  Performance Analysis & Insights:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.

  •  Assist in reviewing data trends to highlight insights and opportunities for optimization. Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions.

  Collaboration & Strategy Development:

  • Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to  understand reporting needs.

•  Help prepare dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders. Tool Utilization & Automation:

  • . Support in the implementation of customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation tools.

  •  support the use of digital toolsto enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency.

  Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies.

  • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities.

Experience and Education

• Experience is a plus

• Bachelors' in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

• Communication: Able to clearly communicate their ideas to coders, teammates and management.
