Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire a Geo-Marketing Junior Analyst who is responsible for handling the day-to-day sales activities in an efficient and timely manner, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. The jobs at this level are responsible for collecting and participating in the analysis of information related to marketing planning, research, and development. They understand and abide by applicable policies and procedures with the aim of the achievement of plans and objectives. They also maintain relationships with suppliers and partners as per the pre-established SLAs.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Marketing Planning/Market Research/Geo-Marketing/Product Pricing/Product Development/Roaming and Interconnection strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets

  • Implement Marketing Planning/Market Research/Geo-Marketing/Product Pricing/Product Development/Roaming and Interconnection policies and procedures.

  • Continuously track and identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market information.

  • process customer feedback, complaints, and social media sentiment and report insights.

  • Perform on-ground surveys and customer engagement activities to gather market and service data.

  • Monitor network status through performance tests and to ensure optimal service quality.

  • Track and report competitor activities, including pricing, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Oversee, document, and report ongoing investment projects and expansion initiatives.

  • Develop detailed reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives and initiatives.

  • Respond to customer complaints and service issues promptly driving for a resolution.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science /commerce - related field or equivalent

Experience
