Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire an Enterprise Solutions Pre-Sales Coordinator-North who is skilled and motivated Pre-Sales team member to join our dynamic team enterprise solutions team. Pre-sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during sales and after sales process for deployment and sale of solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients in North region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise connectivity and communication technology solutions, with preference to strong understanding of local market dynamics in North.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team & conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and objectives, and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of enterprise solutions portfolio

  • Provide technical support during the proposal development process, including solution design, configuration and market intel on competition pricing

  • Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as networking, unified communication, cloud & cyber security solutions, M2M and IoT services.

  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and tender responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, identifying opportunities for product improvement or customization.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and implementation, to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

  • Participate in industry expo to promote Zain B2B enterprise connectivity solutions portfolio

  • Provide training and technical guidance to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

Education, experience and competencies

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering, Bachelors Computer Software/Science, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.BSc degree or Above Technical Education from a recognized university

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of prior experience in enterprise solution provider

  • Pre-sales, Product Marketing Experience in a similar role will be preferred.

  • Preferred: strong understanding of regional market, experience in similar role and establish client relationships
