Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire an Enterprise Solution Product Coordinator role is to be a key contributor towards building a GTM strategy, product marketing, enterprise solution portfolio management to support sales teams of B2B team at Zain Iraq. Identify appropriate product solutions as per enterprise connectivity requirements of clients/sales teams by working with existing solution vendors, leveraging group partnerships, local suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Study the enterprise connectivity solutions market in country and region, compare service offering (solution, pricing, roadblocks, best practices etc.) of competitors (ISP and Telcos) to come up with GTM plan for B2B and Govt Sales teams.

  • Develop detailed understanding of solutions including and not limited to hardware equipment, software solutions, solution architecture, service deployment challenges in order to manage optimize buying decisions, and after sales support to clients from local resources.

  • Build relationships and network of enteprise solutions and service providers (H/W and S/W) to enable purchase and after sales support from local sources.

  • Responsible to support enterprise solutions supervisor in product marketing, product management, sales enablement, channel strategy to enable sales of services

  • Responsible to support enterprise Supervisor in managing after sales and support for all enterprise solutions customers for B2B.

  • Responsible for working closely with B2B Sales, Business Care, Technology teams, external vendors or solution providers, and client teams to ensure all product related issues are efficiently and timely resolved for all clients.

  • Work with B2B sales team to achieve sales targets, sales lead tracking and channel development strategies to help achieve sales of enterprise solutions

  • Train and support the sales team on selling solutions from a technical point of view and showing their usefulness to the customer from use case perspectives

  • Discover new opportunities and establish good client relationships with existing B2B clients to x-sell and up-sell of enterprise connectivity solutions.

  • Support client and sales teams with idea scoping, solution testing, onboarding and activation.

  • Updating existing solution offering by working with sales, technical and vendors to identify gaps and building an appropriate solution.

Education, Experience and Competencies

Educational Qualifications

  • BSc degree or Above Technical Education from a recognized university

Experience

  • 2 years of prior experience in enterprise solution provider

  • Pre-sales, Product Marketing Experience in a similar role will be preferred.
