Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire a B2B CVM Experienced Analyst who is Support CVM Supervisor for planning, designing and executing CVM campaigns as per market needs and competitive offerings, with the aim to maximize engage, retain customer base and enhance revenues from both existing and new clients.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and forecast CVM campaigns roadmap and ensure timely execution and alignment with the agreed strategy

  • Monitor the daily/monthly Prepaid performance KPIs (Revenue/Engagement rate/ awareness/ credibility / relevancy/ etc..) with primary focus on business platforms to achieve planned targets.

  • Running weekly and monthly operations and adding new profitable and appealing offers for different B2B sales channels.

  • Identify on monthly/quarterly basis the piloting streams based on identified gaps in analytics/segmentation models, and monitor the performance of running pilots / scale ups.

  • Define CVM requirements for technical and Business intelligence teams to create new offers or enhance existing ones.

  • Prepare a weekly /monthly/quarterly management CVM B2B review of all running activities along with their key success indicators.

  • Ensure a coordinated execution of offers campaigns with campaign / Pricing teams and marketing.

  • Monitor CVM platform performance across different dimensions to boost Zain engaged base and vs. competition.

  • Develop, manage and optimize new platform and tools for effective CVM including and not limited to KYO, interactive SMS, USSD Platform, Zain App

Education, Experience and Competencies
