Job Purpose:

The Retail Khartoum Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail outlet sales operations in Khartoum and leading the retail strategy to maximize sales performance. Additionally, he is responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance the positioning and success of retail shops in Khartoum.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

• Develops, implements, and manages sales processes to ensure that retail shops in Khartoum achieve their sales targets.

• Oversees the sales performance of all Zain products across Khartoum.

•  Ensures the availability of all Zain product stocks across retail outlets in Khartoum.

• Defines sales strategies by analyzing operational performance and departmental sales records.

• Monitors and handles customer inquiries and complaints to uphold the shop’s reputation.

• Leads sales operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing sales program procedures.

• Supervises and supports Khartoum retail staff to drive maximum performance.

• Monitors stock levels and manages franchisees’ purchasing activities to ensure compliance with budget constraints.

• Plans and supervises in-store promotional events and product displays.

• Analyzes sales and revenue reports for Khartoum retail shops and provides sales forecasts.

• Ensures Zain customers enjoy a positive shopping experience.

Performance measurement:
