Marketing Branding Specialist

The Branding Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing brand strategies that strengthen Zain company’s identity in the market. This includes visual branding, brand messaging, campaign alignment, customer experience branding, and internal brand culture initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Main Activities:

 

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Support in developing and refining the overall brand strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to understand brand perception and competitor positioning.

  • Assist in evolving brand architecture across product lines (e.g., voice, data, digital services).

 2. Visual Identity Management

  • Ensure consistent usage of brand colors, fonts, logos, and design elements across all platforms.

  • Develop or maintain brand guideline documents for internal and partner use.

  • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure visual compliance.

3. Campaign Branding

  • Collaborate with creative team to align product campaigns with the core brand message.

  • Adapt global or regional brand assets to local markets.

  • Support in brand storytelling across advertising, digital, and retail touchpoints.

4. Internal Brand Engagement

  • Develop and manage internal brand education sessions.

  • Support HR and corporate communication teams in fostering a strong brand culture within Zain SSD.

5. Brand Performance Tracking

  • Monitor brand KPIs such as brand awareness, customer perception, and loyalty.

  • Analyze data from surveys (e.g., NPS, brand health trackers) and propose improvements.

  • Collaborate with research teams and agencies for brand audit exercises.
