About the Role

The Youth & Partnerships Coordinator - Professional is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance youth programs and initiatives. This role involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing youth engagement projects, and ensuring alignment with the company’s corporate affairs and relations objectives. The employee will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful youth initiatives and strengthen partnerships that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including businesses, non-profits, and community organizations, to support youth programs.

  • Develop and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of youth engagement initiatives and partnership programs.

  • Ensure youth programs are delivered effectively, meeting quality standards and organizational objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all youth and partnership-related inquiries, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate youth and partnership initiatives with existing corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.

  • Manage budgets related to partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper financial oversight.

  • Track and analyze the performance of youth and partnership initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop communication strategies to promote youth initiatives and partnerships across various platforms.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in youth engagement and partnership management.

  • Ensure that all youth and partnership initiatives align with the company’s brand values and messaging.

  • Work closely with the brand, communications, and corporate relations teams to enhance visibility and impact.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using CRM tools and digital platforms for partnership management.

  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Highly motivated and results oriented.

Education Level/ Major:

Business Administration, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
