About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of channels, such as job postings on Zain website or professional networks, while effectively targeting highly potential candidates for the vacant jobs.
Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring processes.
Effectively assessing applicants’ relevant qualifications, skills, and aptitudes, using standardized screening techniques.
Evaluates applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing competencies & qualifications to job requirements based on a consistent set of competencies.
Facilitating a smooth on-boarding process for new employee
What We Need From You
The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Technical skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,…)
