About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources and Administration Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of channels, such as job postings on Zain website or professional networks, while effectively targeting highly potential candidates for the vacant jobs. 

  • Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring processes.

  • Effectively assessing applicants’ relevant qualifications, skills, and aptitudes, using standardized screening techniques.

  • Evaluates applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing competencies & qualifications to job requirements based on a consistent set of competencies.

  • Facilitating a smooth on-boarding process for new employee

What We Need From You

The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Soft skills:

  • Communication Skills

  • Attention to Detail

  • Teamwork

  • Time Management

Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,…)
