About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our Group Tax team. The candidate will work alongside the existing Tax Senior Manager and report directly to the Head of Group Tax. This role is critical to supporting the Group’s international tax strategy, ensuring compliance with emerging tax regulations (notably Pillar Two and DMTT), and providing hands-on guidance across our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• International Tax Compliance – Ensure the Group’s compliance with global tax regulations including Pillar Two, CbCR, and DMTT laws in the region.

• Advisory & Planning – Provide proactive tax advice on cross-border transactions, group restructurings, and intercompany arrangements.

• Transfer Pricing – Assist in the preparation and maintenance of TP documentation, contribute to the value chain analysis, and support TP audits.

• Tax Risk & Governance – Assist in building and maintaining a robust tax risk framework and internal controls. Contribute to policy development and risk registers.

• Audit Management – Support group entities with tax audits and disputes. Liaise with external advisors and legal counsel where needed.

• Tax Reporting & Forecasting – Contribute to tax provision calculations, ETR monitoring, and quarterly group tax reporting.

• Collaboration – Work closely with group tax and finance teams, external consultants, legal, and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions.

What We Need From You

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in international tax.

• ADIT-qualified or in progress (strongly preferred).

• Proven experience in tax advisory, compliance, and audits across multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong working knowledge of OECD guidelines and MENA region tax laws.

Core Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Highly collaborative and proactive mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with Pillar Two implementation.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and tax automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx).

• Resilient, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
