About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to lead the development, design, deployment, configuration, daily operations, maintenance, and support of Zain’s e-channels, in alignment with business demands, technology architecture, and roadmaps.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Using markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages in addition to using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to bring concepts to life.

  • Using common latest styling and scripting frameworks.

  • Using a variety of programming languages to create user-friendly web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

  • Ensuring high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.

  • Maintaining and improving websites and applications.

  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and security.

  • Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.

  • Understanding and extracting web designs from designing tools like Figma, Zeplin, etc.

  • Ensure meeting deadlines and delivery dates.

  • Building reusable code for future use.

  • Identifying and troubleshooting various website and mobile applications issues and coding problems.

  • Receiving and attending to L1, L2 & L3 incidents (fault analyses, determination of cause, and directing corrective action) and coordinating with related teams to ensure resolution within SLAs and provide related reports.

  • Conducting periodic health checks and preventive maintenance

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
