About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to initiate correspondences towards customers to sell and promote Zain products and services in a timely manner in order to meet required achievement targets on a monthly basis; all while demonstrating adequate description of the promoted products and services and constantly highlighting benefits and privileges. In addition to adding sold services throughout the system based on customers' approval. Maintaining an efficiency that reflects high commitment to working hours. Ensuring quality interactions with customers that reflects Zain’s image and ensures ideal customer experience.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

  • Handling correspondences towards customers and demonstrating a full description of the offered services and products and highlighting its benefits and privileges to promote and sell Zain’s products and services in a timely manner.

  • Accomplishing sales targets by constantly offering various suitable preferences, desires, and necessities towards customers.

  • Ensuring the adherence to working hours/efficiency and to quality standards and information security when selling and talking to customers.

  • Subscribing customers to free or paid services throughout the system with reference to their approval.    

  • Following up on sent leads and ensuring they are entered on system correctly to be counted for agent.

What We Need From You

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:

 

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
