Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is actively recruiting to hire an Experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. As a Senior UI/UX Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.

  • Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.

  • Define Page navigation buttons, search fields, menus, tabs, and widgets among other elements of graphic user interface.

  • Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.

  • Create original and unique graphic designs.

  • Prepare and present drafts and designs to internal teams and key stakeholders.

  • Identify and resolve UX issues.

  • Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.

  • Manage activities and evaluation of A/B tests and Usability lab

  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Education, Experience, and Competencies

Education          

  • Bachelor's degree or Above

Experience        

  •  Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  •  Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

  • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
