About the Role

We are currently looking for a fresh graduate to join the Finance Department for a one-year internship contract under the Zain Youth Program.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Run non-automated tasks 

  • Analyze database data to detect abnormal behavior.

  • Daily Monitoring of trends and statistics.

  • Analyze fraudulent and suspicious activities in telecom, eshop and Mobile money.

  • Document findings or any other necessary documentation such as (business lines, queries, data flows, detections log..etc.).

  • Join fraud division meetings with vendors and other stakeholders.

What We Need From You

The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.

Soft skills:

  • English language.

  • Communication and negotiation.

  • Business Writing.

Technical skills:

  • SQL.

  • Excel.

  • Basic Scripting or Programming skills.
