Role Purpose

Zain Iraq is Actively recruiting to hire CVM Senior Analyst who is Responsible for leading data-driven analysis within the marketing CVM function to uncover insights that drive customer value and business growth. The role plays a key part in shaping and deploying innovative products and services, while closely monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. It requires proactive collaboration across departments to ensure alignment, consistency, and impactful execution in line with company strategies and policies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Understand Marketing CVM strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets & implement Marketing CVM policies and procedures

  • Prepare required analysis/data for developing new BTLS and coordinate with stakeholders

  • Develop and implement CVM offers that enhance data penetration and support business growth.

  • Carry out the day-to-day operations of the CVM and align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets

  • Run CVM Prepaid roadmap according to the strategy and ensure its timely execution and alignment with the agreed Base management and marketing strategy.

  • Monitor CVM platform performance and experience vs. competition and other channels.

  • Monitor Zain Prepaid customers' behavior and profiling with a primary focus on developing prepaid Customer Value Management (CVM) offer subscriptions

  • Track and analyse Zain prepaid customer behaviour and profiles, with a primary focus on designing effective prepaid CVM offers

  • Ensure a coordinated execution of prepaid BTL campaigns with campaign / Pricing teams.

  • Run on a monthly/quarterly basis a pilot offer based on identified gaps in analytics/segmentation models and monitor the performance of running pilots/scale-ups.

  • Running CVM platform weekly and monthly operations for prepaid customers and adding new profitable and appealing offers to it

  • Bring a fresh mindset, a digital-first approach, and a strong drive for innovation, contributing new ideas and challenging conventional approaches to elevate CVM impact.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
