Property Management Module Specialist

This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the module to support property operations, financial management, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles, software systems, and data analysis.

Roles and responsibilities for property management module specialist

  • Receiving and verifying rental agreements for accuracy.

  • Laise between procurement and user departments to ensure accuracy in rental agreement contracts.

  • Creation and amendment of payment terms in Property Management Module.

  • Ensuring that the rental agreements are followed.

  • Scheduling and processing rental payments on time.

  • Maintaining records of all rental payment transactions.

  • Preparing monthly PM Reports i.e. ROU & Amortization reports, Lease liability Reports.

  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of PM subledgers to General Ledger
