Job Title: Media Production advanced Specialist
Reports to: Media Communication Team Leader
Job Purpose:
To plan and implement TV & Radio, social media production activities, to maintain and develop the Company’s image and reputation, support quality coverage and documentation in accordance with agreed policies and strategies, in addition to maintaining the company’s archiving project updated.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
1. Act as a member of the media communication team in the development of overall media strategies, and policies, and participate effectively in the planning and implementation of media activities.
2- Manage regular TV and Radio activities, overseeing integration of all activities and assisting in enhancing relationships with influential individuals and groups.
3- Participate in the development of the communication annual media plan to ensure favourable Zain’s presence in the community, and enhancing the image of the company and promoting its products.
4- Participate effectively in organizing and presenting events and ensuring quality coverage.
5- Offer advice on the sponsorship of projects within or related to TV, Radio and other cultural and artistic outlets.
6- Work continuously to establish and maintain relationships with media stakeholders and participate effectively in the process of collecting relevant information to assist in proposing policies and plans.
7- Participate in conceptualizing, developing and producing digital media and social media production materials.
8- Work in close association with the Events, Media Communications and corporate sustainability sections to ensure to provide effective and creative coverage and documentation solutions.
9- Conduct informed research on relevant issues to ensure effective employment of resources.
10- Monitor relevant competitors’ activities and provide analysis of their strengths and weaknesses.
11- Produce and/or commission production of media material for corporate events and activities to enhance the reputation and image of MobiTel in the market place and the community at large, and insure all productions is professionally translated
12- Oversee the efforts of establishing the company’s video archive.
13- Undertake professional networking, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Media and digital media entities and the community at large.
14. Insure compliance with all applicable policies & regular requirements on Information Security.
15- Introduce creative ad yet effective video content for TV and Social media

What We Need From You
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications/Experience:
Bsc qualification in an area of relevance.
Substantial PR expertise acquired at highest level with reputable media and PR organizations.
3- 4 Years of Experience
Linguistic competence, artistic flair, and translations cognizance
Film Making Experience is a must
Competence in organising events, conferences and producing press releases in both Arabic and English.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of all aspects of media practices and editing programs.
In-depth understanding of the political arena and its relevance to Zain’s business strategy, goals and competitive needs.
In-depth knowledge of current best practice in Media and film making.
Sufficient knowledge of MAC, After Effect, MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook software packages.
Sound telecommunications product/market knowledge
