Job Title:                             Sales Performance Specialist

Reports to:                        Sales & Distribution Network’s Performance Analytics Team Leader

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for monitoring and analysing Sales & Distribution Network’s performance KPIs  and commissions. This role provides detailed performance reports and maintains updated dashboards, ensuring quality assurance through regular checks. The position supports decision-making by proposing actionable plans for performance enhancement and implementing related tasks to optimize overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities and Tasks:

  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze Sales & Distribution Network’s performance KPIs and commission structures related to assess performance. Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Detailed Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports that provide insights into Sales & Distribution Network’s effectiveness. Present findings in a clear and actionable format to support management decision-making.

  • Dashboard Management: Maintain and update performance dashboards to reflect the current state of Sales & Distribution Network’s channels. Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of performance data. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and reliability.

  • Performance Enhancement Plans: Propose actionable plans to enhance Sales & Distribution Network’s performance based on data analysis and performance trends. Develop strategies and initiatives to address performance gaps and drive improvement.

  • Task Implementation: Implement tasks and initiatives aimed at optimizing overall performance and efficiency of Sales & Distribution Network’s channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively.

  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other planning & operation teams as well as other  departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to support and enhance Sales & Distribution Network’s operations. Provide insights and recommendations to improve cross-departmental performance alignment.

  • Trend Analysis: Identify and report on emerging trends and best practices in Sales & Distribution Network’s performance. Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate relevant practices into performance strategies..

What We Need From You

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or a similar role related to digital and electronic sales.

  • Proven track record of analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to drive improvement.

  • Proficient in advanced data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in dashboard management and reporting.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and supporting performance optimization initiatives.
