Job Title:                         Digital Sales Channels Operation Specialist

Reports to:                        Digital & Electronic Sales Channels Operation Team Leader

 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the operational management and optimization of digital sales channels. This role ensures the efficient execution of strategies to enhance digital sales performance, manages daily operations, maintains partnerships with digital sales providers, and oversees the implementation of commission schemas and financial responsibilities related to digital channels.

 

Key Accountabilities and Tasks:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations for digital sales channels to ensure seamless functionality and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Commission Schema Implementation: Implement and manage commission schemas for digital sales channels, including financial management and reporting.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of digital sales channels, using analytics to identify and address areas for improvement.

  • Partnership Maintenance: Manage relationships with digital sales partners, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to agreed-upon processes and SLAs.

  • Technical Integration Support: Coordinate with IT teams to support the integration and functionality of digital sales platforms.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational performance reports, highlighting key metrics, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

What We Need From You

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital sales channel operations or a related area.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in using and implementing new technology tools.

  • Experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, or similar roles is preferred..
